City Triangles Romper Dress Size S

This piece is both a shorts romper with a long flowing maxi skirt in the back. It has a cute simple crochet top with a beautifully printed skirt and shorts. Measurements are 15 inches pit to pit, 13 inches at the waist, and the shorts have a 2.5 inch inseam. Not a lot of stretch to it.
