City Triangles Short Aqua Prom or Party Dress

Aqua City Triangles sleeveless short prom or party dress size L. It has a good bit of stretchiness to it. Satin empire waist tie. Ruched bust with braided hem, sheer top layer over solid lining. 100% Polyester. There are a few tiny pulls in the outer layer but are hardly noticeable. From top of bust to bottom hem is 30". From top of shoulder to hem is 36". Chest is 16.5" from arm pit to arm pit. Waist (along silk band line) measures 15.5" across. All my clothes are smoke and pet free.
