Are you a DIYer looking for a project? ✂️ This dress might be finished as a full length gown, but could transform into a gorgeous short party dress, a bubble dress, and more! 👗 PLS CHECK THE VIDEO 🎥 This little darling is in great condition on top, but the bottom bit of the dress is *rough* Worn once for a wedding and never again! This was crappily "hemmed" for a 5'6" person. When I say "hemmed", I mean a lighter was involved lol
