This skirt is so pretty! Fabric is a bit stiff, and shiny. Feels kind of like taffeta. Circle/skater cut, so it is nice and full. The combination of the cut and stiffer fabric makes for a great flare look. Price tag removed, but store returns tag is still attached. Believe this may have originally been part of a set with a top, but this listing is for the skirt only.
