City Triangles brand strapless blue/brown/tan design mini dress. Juniors size 5. Comes with detachable fabric belt of the same material as the dress. No built in bra cups, but slight extra padding in the chest area. Size zipper with hook at the top. Asymmetrical extra layer of fabric in front too. Never worn! 14" armpit to armpit 13" waist 25" shoulder to hem 100% polyester shell and lining. Hand wash only (see tag)
