City Triangles size L spag. strap black/white striped dress;bias cut skirt

This is a City Triangles size Large spaghetti strap dress. It has been gently used and comes from a smoke-free home. The dress is black with white stripes, but the skirt is attached slightly lower than waist level and is cut on the bias. Measures 16 inches wide from pit to pit. There is a small rosette made from the same fabric at top left. Spaghetti straps are made of black thin elastic. Skirt measures approximately 45 inches wide at hem bottom. Dress measures about 32 inches from top to hem. Ships in a padded envelope.
