City Triangles spring floral dress

Floral green yellow pink y2k 90s dress. Bought it with alterations: pads sewn in and straps were sewn shorter (see pic) but I took out the pads and lengthened the straps. Slight imperfection on inside of dress where I took out the pad, but not at all noticeable when worn. Very cute, just not for me!
