City chic asymmetric hi lo, halter dress

This dress starts with a very stripy halter luck and a lace up front. The back has some smocking in it to fit and allow for stretch. The fabric is a net. There’s a slit up the side for Eason movement, and the dress is a symmetric in excellent condition.
