City chic cocktail dress size 18

Absolutely gorgeous cocktail dress by City Chic. Material is flowy but stretchy and so comfortable. It’s a fit and flare style and there is a crinoline underneath to make it flare out even more. It’s a V-neck in the front and the back. (Full disclosure. I had this one altered a little bit in the shoulders And I had it pulled up a little bit because I am too short and we just made it where it wouldn’t fall down in the chest area all night.) I can measure anything you would like. It is the most beautiful dress for a summertime wedding. The colors are like a sunset and it’s just stunning... I wore one time to an evening wedding on the water and I felt… I just want somebody else to feel as beautiful as I did in it.
