Civil War Era Stone Buttons

Fabric covered stone Civil War Era Buttons 7 Total UNIQUE, RARE & HISTORICAL These are genuine fabric (still attached to most) covered slate stone buttons 5 large 1 1/4" diameter / one completely bare of material & other 4 with varying remains of blue fabric 2 small 3/4" diameter/ fully covered with blue material Please view photos for condition details, origin of buttons is unknown but they were found in a collection of civil war era mini balls & other items from that era, in TN. Please zoom on photos for details showing thread where these have been attached to some garment at some point. They are rather heavy and the material is Union Blue, but I can't say if they were ever attached to a Union uniform. The cloth is slowly deteriorating and is in fragile condition, they are kept in the case as shown & not exposed to the air.
