Civil War period maxi dress

Long burgundy-ish print dress with 20 buttons sewn on front. Could be considered Hippie-style or Civil War period-style women’s dress. Tag says XL BUT IT IS NOT! I wear size 6 or 8 dress and this is too small for me.
