Claire & Charlie Smocked Dress

This is a pre-owned smocked dress that has a lot of life left! Gorgeous ties on the side makes sizing forgiving. My tall 6 year old (who wears a 7/8) just grew out of it, and wore it at age 5. Such a cute dress, perfect for holidays or special events!
