Claire's Gray Metal Lace Necklace

Looks like it is lace details. Made out of some metal. Painted grey. Little piece at clasp says Claire's so I guess it originally came from there. I have never worn it. I think it must have been a gift. I am trying to clear out some things Just noticed it had some green on it in pictures.
