Short sleeve Clara Sun Woo made in NYC designer travel wear. It’s blue and white and fitted at the waist and short sleeves. This brand runs a little big the style is supposed to be comfortable yet flattering. Bought from a boutique when I used to work there. Small snag on back that’s hard to see.
