Clara Sunwoo flutter sleeve navy floral dress

Dress with scoop neck, rounded cold-shoulder cutouts, and subtly flounced hem. Skirt is longer on the sides, same length front and back (not high-low). Navy w/ white and light-blue floral print. Polyester/rayon/spandex blend. Size XL/16. 100% wrinkle free, super comfortable material, ideal for travel! Instructions are to hand wash, but I always machine wash my CS garments on delicate cycle and hang up to dry. 1st image is my actual item, 2nd image in black is to show the fit.
