biancaredd08 Hi there - is the mark on the outside of the bag just like a scratch of the suede? Can you post more pics of that area so it's easier to see how noticeable the mark is? Thanks!!

shineinei @biancaredd08 I posted an additional picture of the mark but I can’t get any closer because it just blurs out. I think it is some kind of residue though I don’t know what it is.

shineinei @biancaredd08 also, the 2nd photo is the best for viewing how noticeable the mark is. I took a few more of the bag from that view but it looks exactly the same so I did not post them.
