Does the zipper work properly? Is the strap damaged or is still fully attached? Just wear & tear on the leather?

@lesliepw the strap is not damaged. The zipper works perfectly. It’s unfinished saddle leather - so it is very sensitive to water and scratches. I have used a saddle cleaner/conditioner on it.
