I got these shoes new back in the day. Wore them a handful of times and they’ve just been in the closet for the past 10+ years. Leather is in great condition. No cracking or rotting. All scuffs can easily be buffed out/polished. Soles are still in good condition in terms of glue and compression. Rubber still in really good condition not much wear.
