Classic Black and White Tunic Top

Beautiful slimming tunic with petite dimensions, although it is not listed as a petite on the tag. Mandarin open collar, slightly belled 3/4 sleeves and longer length. Despite the photos, this is stark black and the trim is white. Soutache tribal type design adorns the 3/4 sleeves, neckline and slit hemline. Made of poly rayon spandex it is not form fitting, but slightly shaped in at the natural waist keeping it from being boxy. With white or black pants or a skirt this is a classy top! 19” pit to pit, length back 27, front 25, hip area 30” across 11” i sleeve, 14” shoulder, 17” waist. Runs true to size.
