Classic Calvin Klein sleeveless dress with belt

I love this dress but it just doesn’t fit quite right. It’s so cute when it’s on. This dress is such a classic look. Tan in color with black at the waist and bottom and a little band of white. Comes with a black patent belt that features a gold toned buckle. There are 3 small call outs that are in the pictures. First is a tiny spot in the front (maybe a pen mark?), second is a small dirty-ish spot on the left top, and third is the little fastener at the top of the zipper in the back that needs a couple of stitches. Pit to pit measures 23” and shoulder to bottom is 42”. Fully lined, dry clean only.
