How do you know if this is a S? Any indication on the tag regarding the exact size?

The size is small and the condition is most excellent!
Bust: 28”; Sleeve Length is 22”; Total Length is 40”; Size Small.

I questioned the size small because in Chanel, it could mean a size 32 or 34. I am. 38 in Chanel which equates to a US 6. Some people here consider a US 6 a small. Hence my question regarding size
