This jacket is made in the USA by "Rugged Wear", it is listed as a size 18, but as you can see from my photos can be worn by a lady of size 10...
the jacket is in like new condition, not sure if it has ever been worn outside, has two, snap closure chest pockets and two slit style hip pockets. Closures are snaps up the front and a the cuffs. Nice, simple detailing and a very slightly fitted shape

The jacket measures 16.5" shoulder seam to shoulder seam
20.25" nape of neck to waist at back
21.75" from shoulder seam to base of cuff
and the collar is 15.5" - I hope these give you the information you need...
