I am very upset by my recent change in my dashboard. I do not like that a customer can say that they haven't received a package when as a delivery driver I take a picture and deliver every package that I'm assigned. I would like this removed from my dashboard and my rating adjusted. Customers live in high crime areas and can report a package as not received and that is not fair to drivers and should not reflect on our delivery history. I take pride in making sure every customer receives their package just like I would want as an Amazon customer. Customers need to receive amazon updates like flexers of how they should utilize amazon lockers to secure their delivers which will allow for a more secure and accurate Amazon experience. I look forward in my rating being adjusted. Thank you
