Classic Formal Waistcoat Vest Mens M Tan Houndstooth Glen Plaid Wool Button Up

This has no tags, so I'm unsure on the fabric, but it feels like wool or a blend thereof. I guessed on the size, so please compare measurements to something you own. There are some discolorations on the back which are barely visible. I only noticed under the bright lights. Please refer to pictures for approximate flat measurements and any imperfections.
