kiwiasia @giabella04 Hi- the chain is solid gold, and I am not sure about the watch itself but strongly believe it's gold plated. Many Bucherer Pocket watches come this way.

kiwiasia @mdoyleca hi! I cant open it, so I called a jeweler and emailed pics, and he said it requires a special tool that most jewelers have. The battery hasn’t been changed since it was purchased so it will need to be opened with a new battery inside to update the time.

kiwiasia @mylan88 Hi, Jeweler says its 14k gold. It was a gift, so I do not know the year it was purchased. I asked the Jeweler, and he guessed it was created in the 80s or 90s, from the design.
