Beautiful blue cape for a little girl with the plaid detailing. Quality construction in the seams, wool outer fabric, and reinforced hook closures. We just don’t live in the right climate to get much use out of this. CPC on the tag stands for Classic Prep Childrenswear, it’s one of their previous tag designs for their kids’ line
