Classic black and white polka dot dress!

Classic black and white polka dot dress! Fantastic dress and fits like a glove and it’s got a silky feeling lining. Belt is attached. I didn’t wear because it’s a tad too small for me. I can button it, but I couldn’t sit comfortably. I love that the buttons match the fabric of the dress! I would probably hem the dress, as I think it would be perfect above the knees and with some red heels!
