What does waist measure laying flat?

@brosclothes I’m out of town until Thursday and then I can measure the waist that day! I know its 32 inches around.

@brosclothes yes, when laying flat the waist is 19 inches! I washed the shorts just now and there are no spots by the right pocket! Added an updated photo if that is helpful!

@brosclothes on the front there are a couple of lighter spots where they have faded that you can barely see in the picture — they aren’t very noticeable in person either but just wanted to mention them!
