Classic rare French cook book L’heptameron

L’Heptaméron des Gourmets was originally published in 1919 in a limited edition of 150 beautifully designed copies. It was a collaboration between Paris chef Édouard Nignon and seven of the leading French writers acclaimed poets Guillaume Apollinaire and Henri de Regnier. The book is in French and has never been published in English Copy #249 perfect condition. This 1979 edition of 250 copies is itself one of the great rarities of culinary publishing, copies now commanding major prices.
