Classic style navy blue occasion dress

Form fitting with cap sleeves and flared at the bottom, this simple navy blue dress is so versatile for all sorts of fancy occasions. It has a low back with knotted detail to add some sass to the otherwise classic lines. This dress was hemmed for me and I’m 5’9”. Only worn once!
