Classique multicolor nylon crossover v neckline tunic top or dress

Classique brand multicolor surplice neckline mini dress or top. Elastic empire waist style. NWOT - From a designer showcase trunk show - it had no tags to begin with. I never wore it. Too short for my taste (I'm 5'7), but non-returnable. 100% nylon. Very silky to the touch but doesn't seem to wrinkle. It's really one size fits all (OS) but there is no option for that. Approx 33” from shoulder strap to hem. Smoke free home.
