Classy Black & White Polka Dot Dress

Racerback & button up from about 3/4 ofthe way down the dress to the top. Worn once, good condition! Will likely fit somebody with a smaller chest. So adorable with flats or sandals. Playful & fun, not too short. Comes about 4 inches from my knee & I'm 5'9'' is simply too tight on my chest
