Classy Ivory Dress

Ties at the neck, slightly meshing the cleavage to make the dress elegant & appropriate for any function. It cuts off about an inch above the knee. It's form fitting up top & puffs out at the the mid-waist giving it a slight retro feel. Very sparkly & very comfortable. I purchased it at JCPennys 2 years ago & only wore it once.
