Classy black sheath dress with gorgeous beaded sleeves

This is a nice, well made black sheath dress with drop dead sleeves. Richilene of NY, Made in the US. Guessing 80s? Size is 4/6, and it’s about 32 inches at the waist and 36 at the hips. Some of the trim at the neckline is loose, but simple repair. Tried to take picture of tiny snag near the bust. As mentioned, the sleeves are the show stopper…
