Classy,beautiful lace & chiffon blouse with jewels

This shirt (blouse seems more appropriate when describing it though!)is beautiful & also versatile-it can be worn during the day but also at night on a date or a dinner, etc! Where that sparkly piece is, there are pieces of chiffon on each side so you can make it into a really nice bow. But just hanging down, they look fine. This is a piece by R&M Richards, whom I had never heard of prior to receiving this, the brand isn’t cheap and is sold at Macys, I try to always price fairly & accordingly.
