Claude Pinstripe and Tulle Pleated Skirt

This is an amazing little skirt. I’m not familiar with the brand but the tag says it was made in the USA with recycled fabrics. I suspect this is a wool and cotton blend, though it’s not at all scratchy. Feels and looks like a high quality piece. Pale yellow tulle beneath. In excellent condition.
