@loriannschmidt good morning. Claudette bras are made based on UK sizing so the cups build by D, DD, E (DDD), F, FF, G. The 3 piece cut and sew design refers to the 3 sections of fabric that is sewn together to build the cup itself. There are two sections stitched together to create the bottom of the cup and the third is sewn along the top of the two lower sections which creates the “neckline”. The cut and sew design provides excellent support and a good shape for larger breasts.

@loriannschmidt 34DDDD would translate to a 34F bra. The concept when I made Claudette was to provide a fun fashionable color pallet to larger bras so women wouldn’t be limited to beige and black molded bra styles. It’s not a ridiculous size at all, and it’s a shame that particularly in America there’s so few options for you.

@loriannschmidt I can add an additional photo however if you look at the other colors, for example the Aqua Blue and Flo Yellow combination you can see the three sections of the bra cup a bit easier then on this color you commented on. One seam goes up the center of the cup and one seam goes across the top connecting the three sections making up the bra cup.

oh my gosh, you are the designer of these bras? these are the only bras that i own right now. when you closed your company, i almost cried. i have been buying them up off of amazon. i also found your old website and wrote a love letter to your bras. they fit me perfectly and i love all the colors. please tell me you are designing for someone else now. mine are all starting to die because the elastic is getting old and waffling. i really hope you are designing for someone else.
