Does this run true to size or does this run small? I know you gave the measurements but my grandson is going to be six but he is pretty tall.!!! His upper body is broad...

Thank you for your interest in this cute sweater. I would say it runs small and may not fit your grandson. It is 15" from shoulder to shoulder and about 16" from shoulder to hem.
