Absolutely sorry it might be a little confusing the way I worded that. Would you mind measuring across the waist lying flat? Also, is there some kind of stretch at the waist and in your opinion is it low-cut I like lower maxi dresses I was just curious this seems like a very appropriate dress for an event I have coming up. I’ve never worn this brand before.
