Ladies Cleobella M Fredric maxi dress. This was purchased from the boutique inside of the Hard Rock Casino(no longer there) in Las Vegas. She has a black slip underneath. Both sides split up the legs. They call her Regent. She has a built in string tie to draw in the waist. I’d say this is a boho chic style maxi dress. Brand new never worn
