Lovely dress from Cleobella Has puffy sleeves, smocked elastic waist, and a button up style neckline with little tassels that can be tied or left untied. Style is “marled print” which kind of looks like paint dots like you took several paint brushes and started flicking them onto the dress which I think looks adorable! Size S excellent condition!
