Cleobella Top

I am reposhing this item I purchased from @livysboutique. It's a cute shawl-like top with two clawed enclosures in the front. Cleobella makes this pretty shawl, which is sheer red with beautiful ruffles. The sleeves are 3/4 length. This shawl would look fabulous over a cute crop top or with a black dress for a pop of color.
