moodtherapy @lillylife omgosh, yes! Totally believe in natural supplements and remedies. I'm totally into herbs, oils, etc., I also believe in energy certain scents can emit. I burn a lot of incense, candles, etc., for that. AND meditation! Where do I begin! I meditate & do yoga daily. It has completely transformed my life! Namaste my pff.
