@lizransom Yes, his jewelry is like no other. Alexis started by selling on Brooklyn street corners as a teenager with pieces he fashioned from parts of moms old 50's jewelry. His artistic quality is evident in his older pieces. Now that Brooks Brothers owns the company, pieces will never be the same! 😢

I have a daughter in Florida whom I am closest in heart, 3other sons with "their own lives" so not so close, but God is good and I take one day at a time to get by. That is reason for selling my AB collection. Love that you like the jewelry, you deserve them, beautiful like you. 💋💕

@leoswife I know what it’s like to be with your best friend. My boyfriend is like that to me. I have stuff 4 metastatic breast cancer that’s spread all over my bones. I was diagnosed 9 weeks after we met. It’s been toe and a half years and he’s still here. I’m in remission when they said it wasn’t possible.

@lizransom Oh, my dear Liz . I am so sorry for your illness but glad you have a wonderful man to help along, sent to you at this time to be your angel on earth. I'll pray that you remain in remission. Gramdchildren, two boys have had drug problems and a granddaughter is in Santa Barbara university, we were involved when they were as babies and up to teenagers but we are older, Leo was 10 years older, we were together so much. So didn't see them much anymore ..ps..My mom was Elizabeth!

@leoswife thank you so much for your sweet words. I am blessed - I tried to let him go when I got diagnosed and he refused to go.. I discovered the cancer when I went in to the ER for back pain. He said you don’t leave someone you love just become they are sick.

@leoswife I have 13 nieces and nephews and one of nieces has a drug problem too. She got on pain killers for migraines and now has a problem. She’s been to rehab and has two kids. She’s a nurse so she seems to keep getting access to pills and we are so worried
Elizabeth has been a name in my family for 5 generations. :) also Daphne has too. That’s my first name

@lizransom Yes, mother inlaw was a buyer for upscale dept store on Palm beach Florida. She was an avid fan of BITTAR, had met him personally on occasion. She had pieces that are not on estate now because of their value and the fact she kept tags on those .. She sold a "swan" bracelet for over $700 .. that is huge! She had cancer and sold off a lot. If we only knew? Family surprised at her collection, had no idea, hardly ever wore jewelry! .
