I'm tired of buyer's giving bad ratings just because they feel like it. Some sellers actually put time into making a little extra money and others want to give us bad ratings. Packaged nicely and sometimes free gifts, buyers give a bad rating anyway.. It's so AGGRAVATING!! Some people are never satisfied!!

alyssw12 Yeah I've had two or three of those, no good reason just buyers remorse I think! I've had one or two start claims about an item they purchased but Poshmark ruled in my favor! It is very frustrating, especially when you put a lot of time into it! 💕💕 I'm sorry you've had this experience! 😔

I feel that they make a purchase altho you have given them every detail about the item and answered every question honestly that they just aren't satisfied or maybe the fit isn't exactly as they had hoped and in return it's some how the sellers fault. Like you said buyer's remorse. And I'm just very frustrated with it. But thank you for your kind words sweety and I hope you to have better experiences than I've had lately. Happy Poshing😊💕

I told a dress to a girl and she gave me a bad review because she decided it wasn't what she ending up wanting and that she wanted to wear a different dress to whatever event. How is that my fault?? 😥 some people don't realize how bad reviews for no reason really hurt our ratings. I've had at least 35 five star reviews and it still says I'm at a 4.9

I thought I was the only one dealing w such childish people that have nothing better to do than make selling items to people such a hard thing to do when it's supposed to be fun. giffin71 @amtzdanc Absolutely ridiculous. I definitely don't understand some people. If all questions are answered and we do everything we can to make the buyer happy they shouldn't hand out bad ratings because the item doesn't fit to their liking or for whatever reason that's not in our control. Like I said shopper's remorse.. Hope you have better experiences with posh sweetie..💖😆

sicilianhippie I'm so upset I have 49 5 star reviews and nothing less. I shipped to a new non seller posher (made a whopping $5) and gave her a beautiful bracelet gift because on top of it it took two days to get to her due to the blizzard. She gave me 1 star because it "smelled like smoke" I don't smoke! Never mentioned the free gift and accepted the package.

Usually these are the people that think other's owe them something.. And are never happy no matter what. I hope you have an abundance of sells despite this rude persons rating.. shopaholic9847 @sicilianhippie I agree with ya! I had nothing but 5 ⭐️ & no complaints. Then all of a sudden 1 star rating from buyer who claimed that my NWT boutique necklaces were "orange" & "weird" AND she had the audacity to accept package and THEN say "I would never wear these"... if that was the case then why accept package at all? I take the time to package items nicely w/ an extra gift & a thank you card.

shopaholic9847 @sicilianhippie Funny thing is another buyer left me a 5 ⭐️ rating for the exact same necklaces I shipped on same day I shipped this rude buyer's package. I'm left with a 4.8 rating because of her!! Im so furious!!! Just needed to vent that's all. #rantover

And I dont think they care. Don't worry about venting thats why I made this post. So we sellers have somewhere to complain and someone who understands.. Hope you have a better day sweetie. shopaholic9847 @sicilianhippie same, I have tons of clothes I need to get rid of so I'm sticking around till I sell those but I am def sticking to selling my boutique items at my actual boutique and not on here. It's a lot less hassle for me, more profit, and I don't have to get upset over petty buyers.
