Depression stress and anxiety…the silent killers. Like everyone else I have struggled this last year I due to the pandemic and escalating social upheaval. I have felt the loneliness and despair and anxiety like so many, and it has affected so many aspects of my life. Recently my nephew and his family suffered the most horrible loss when their 27 year old son took his own life.
