New without tags. Very pretty designer sample with pale pink and black floral pattern. This brand is sold by ASOS, ModCloth, etc. Tag says 8 (UK size) but runs small. This fits like a US Small (2-4). Bust 17” across Waist 13.5” across Length (shoulder to bottom hem) 34” For reference, I’m 5’3” and it hits just above the knee for me
