@flutter_buys 🙁 I’m going through a rough patch that has lasted the last the last several month. They’ve switched my meds to Lyrica & Cymbalta which as helped but I’ve gained 22 pounds I have been unable to unsuccessfully shed. How have you been hold up?

@badleb you know that some side effects always seem to come along with meds. Just a matter if they work for you. I did take lyrica for a bit but made me sick, so stopped it. It always takes awhile for new meds to kick in. I hate that, it’s as tho it’s trail and error like a roller coaster for months just to find the right concoction!! 🙄🤞. I’m hanging in there. A lot of stress right now with my mom being sick and trying to help her. (Continued)

I started taking vitamins and that’s really seems to work!! Vitamin B, D and magnesium. Hoping you find something that works best for you. Try the vitamins tho. Can’t hurt. Have a great day! Glad to hear from you!! 😘💕💜😁

@flutter_buys I’m taking all my vitamins especially my B3, B12 & Omega3. My prayers go out to your mother & your family. My father is on his last leg of his Parkinson’s disease. We are actually planning a trip next month to see him 😭. I think possibly the stress of it all has triggered my laps in health.
