I always want my buyers to be happy with their purchases and try my best to ship out as fast as possible! (: I'm having my first ever issue with shipping to a buyer (I have no idea what uSPS has done with the package) and feel terrible!! :(

chanellylove @harleygirl1969 Like I've said, I've never had trouble shipping before with USPS and I am going to figure out what they've done with the package and will make sure they get it to you Asap!!

chanellylove So I just got off the phone with USPS, and spoke to Eric. He says that it seems like the lady who spoke with me the last time that I had called may have been bluffing when she told me that the package was in your state and on track for delivery :((( Since he was only able to see that a shipping label had been created, just like us. So now they're launching an investigation to find out where the package is. I'm so sorry that this is happening, and I'm also wondering what USPS did with the package! Eric said that they'd be sending me an email in 1-2 buisness days, hopefully with some information on where the package is. I will do everything that I can to get you your package asap, so that you can enjoy the corset!! (: @harleygirl1969
