Clover Canyon Neoprene dress

Wore to a wedding in Florida and got so many compliments! Neoprene material is stretchy but thick, tiered fabric at waist is extremely forgiving. - size XS (0) on tag, or small (2) because of stretchy fabric - I’m 5’2” and bottom rests just below the knee - stain on inside but can probably remove if you try. Cannot see from outside (pic included)
